Please take into account the payment information that is specified on the value to pay depending on where you are at the time of making the appointment.

Assessment value if you are within New Zealand: $287 NZD (Includes GST and credit card payment costs)

Assessment value if you are outside of New Zealand: $250 NZD (Includes credit card payment costs)

IMMIGRATION ASSESSMENT WITH LINA GONZÁLEZ

The immigration assessment is a personalised, one-on-one consultation with Lina González, a Licensed Immigration Adviser (IAA #201500967). This session can be conducted in person, via video call, or through telephone, depending on your preference and location.

During this consultation, you will have the opportunity to:

• Address any immigration concerns you may have

• Receive expert advice on visa options, requirements, and application procedures

• Obtain tailored guidance on your individual visa status or specific visa enquiries

Please note that this assessment is advisory in nature and does not constitute legal representation. Should you require formal representation for your visa application or immigration matter, a separate representation agreement must be signed.

BOOKING, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The cost of the assessment reflects the value of the time, expertise, and personalised guidance provided. Therefore, no refunds will be given once the assessment is completed.

However, if you decide to proceed with a visa application through our agency after your session, you may be eligible to credit the cost of your assessment towards your application fees. This applies only if:

• The application is for an Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV), residence visa, or partner visa

• Lina González is officially appointed as your immigration adviser for the visa application.

• The application is lodged within one year from the date of the assessment for AEWV or partner visas, or within two years for residence visa applications.

Appointments are confirmed only once full payment is received.

• If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

• You may reschedule your appointment up to two times, subject to availability.

• All appointments are scheduled in New Zealand time (NZT). Please ensure you convert this to your local time zone to avoid missing your session.

• In the rare event that Lina González is unable to attend your scheduled assessment, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
