TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE REFERRAL CAMPAIGN
- Length: The start date is March 18, 2021, and will end when determined by the Organizer, which will be notified through its different communication channels.
- Referral: refers to a person that didn’t have contact with us before and it is not in our CRM system. it needs to be included in the applicant’s form by who was referred.
- Effective referral: refers to the person who carries out and completes a visa process with SEA INTERNATIONAL and the visa is approved.
- Referral status: It must be clear, the client was referred by someone before paying/signing the agreement.
- You do not need to be an active client of SEA INTERNATIONAL to participate in the effective referral program. Anyone can participate.
- Visa processes excluded from this program: Immigration Assessment, Variation of conditions, Essential skills work visa (streamline process), Post-Study work visa, Seasonal visa, or any other process not mentioned previously.
CLAIMING BONUSES AND VOUCHERS
- Your effective referral bonus can be claimed within the following 2 months after the visa approval of your referral.
- In the case of student visa referrals, you must wait for the student visa to be approved and the person to start their course satisfactorily and study for at least 3 weeks. After that, you have 2 months to claim your bonus.
- You can redeem your voucher in NZD or your local currency. For payments in local currency, bank transfer fees will apply.
- If you decide to apply the voucher to your process, this must be done within the next 12 months from the moment the voucher is redeemed.
- The referral voucher cannot be redeemed in the immigration Evaluation / Assessment process.
- The voucher is not transferrable.
- To claim your bonus or redeem a voucher, your information must be present in the Service Agreement.
- Keep in mind that only one referral can be claimed each time. For example, in case the registration is made as a couple, they use one another as a referral.
- All referrals are subject to verification.
- Bonuses and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
PRIVACY POLICIES
By participating in this campaign, the Participants agree to the Organizer’s Privacy Policies and are aware that the Organizer and the agencies or people authorised for it are responsible for processing the Participant’s personal information.
