Payment of Immigration Assessment (appointment with Lina Gonzalez)
RELEVANT INFORMATION
To carry out the Assessment, from now on called “service”, provided by SEA INTERNATIONAL, from now on called “the company”, it is required that you read and accept the following Terms and Conditions:
The service
The Immigration Assessment involves having an interview with Lina Gonzalez, New Zealand Immigration Adviser with license number 201500967. The interview is held either in person or through other media such as Skype, Zoom, or WhatsApp. During the interview, an in-depth analysis is carried out considering the client’s concerns regarding immigration issues, doubts about immigration processes, and questions about visa applications. The service also comprises an orientation based on the client’s migratory situation and the creation of a migratory plan according to the specific needs of the client.
Carrying out an Immigration Assessment does not mean that LINA GONZALEZ or SEA INTERNATIONAL is committing to act as a legal representative for you in current or future migration processes. The assessment scope is to provide a personalized evaluation led by an expert. Whatever decision is undertaken by the customer after THE SERVICE is not THE COMPANY’s responsibility unless there is an agreement signed by both the customer and THE COMPANY for the provision of further services.
Date and time determined for the provision of the service
This procedure is done by mutual agreement, however, if the client cannot attend at the agreed date and time, THE COMPANY must be notified at least 8 hours in advance.
The client cand rescheduling an appointment up to 2 times. Exceptions to this rule will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If the service is provided virtually, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the date and time in their time zone so as not to miss their appointment.
If for any reason, the company cannot provide the service on the day and time initially agreed, it will first seek to agree on a new appointment or will allow the client to request a full refund on the payment made for the service.
Service mode
The service can be carried out in 2 modalities: Face-to-face or virtually and will be specified with the client after the payment for the service is confirmed.
Service scheduling
The service is scheduled only after the payment is made and the date of the appointment is confirmed with the advisor in charge. Any tentative date scheduled before such payment is subject to change without notice.
Appointment cancellation
If the client no longer wants to proceed with the service, he/she will not be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
Using the assessment payment as a credit for other services
The client can choose to use a payment made for an assessment as a credit for representation fees of future processes undertaken with SEA INTERNATIONAL such as work visas, resident visas, or partner visas. This credit will be valid for 1 year in case of work and partner visa processes and up to 2 years for residence visa processes from the date the assessment is carried out.
Refund policy
Once THE SERVICE is provided, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
